Sonya Wallace was born and raised in Philadelphia, and developed a love for art; painting and acting.  After graduating from Art school, she moved on to study acting at Elaine Aiken Actors Conservatory in New York and began working in theatre productions and auditioning around town.  She became a working observer at The Actors Studio and was cast in a production of the play Rats, directed by Al Pacino.  This influenced her move to LA, where she currently resides. 

Sonya is studying at the Ivana Chubbuck Acting Studio; in her Master Class, while auditioning and working in Television & Film.  In her latest film projects, she has worked alongside James Franco in the film Mississippi Requiem and most recently with Martin Sheen, Haley Joel Osment, Kate Bosworth and David Strathairn in the film The Devil Has a Name, directed by Edward James Olmos.  She has developed a love for theatre and aspires to continue in both film and theatrical works.
